Returns and Refunds
**Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with Ukrainian Law, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
**Non-returnable items**
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Items damaged by improper use
– Items returned after 14 days
**Return Process**
1. Contact us at **valises-and-bags@globebaggers.com** with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return address: 40 richchia peremohy, Odesa, ODESKA OBLAST, 65498, UKRAINE.
3. Ship the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is defective).
**Defective Items**
If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
