# Public Offer (Terms and Conditions)

## 1. General Provisions

– **Buyer:** Any individual or legal entity accepting this Public Offer.

– **Goods:** Bags, backpacks, suitcases, and travel accessories offered for sale on the Website.
### 1.2 Legal Status
This document is a formal and binding offer by the Seller to sell Goods through the Website. In accordance with Ukrainian Civil Code Articles 641-644, full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (acceptance) constitutes a sales contract.
## 2. Subject of the Offer
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Public Offer.

– The Buyer receives an email confirmation after placing the order
– The contract is considered concluded at the moment of order confirmation by the Seller
– The Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify details

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
– Product unavailability
– Incorrect pricing
– Suspected fraud
The Buyer will be notified and reimbursed if payment was made.

## 6. Delivery

### 6.2 Delivery Terms
– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
– Delivery time within Ukraine: 1-3 business days (Nova Poshta)
– International delivery: varies by destination
– The Buyer pays delivery costs (unless free shipping promotion applies)
### 6.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping within Ukraine applies to orders over **2,500 UAH** (or as indicated in current promotions).
## 7. Returns and Refunds
### 7.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Protection” (Article 9), the Buyer has the right to return Goods within **14 days** of receipt, provided that:
– The Goods are not used
– The original packaging is intact
– All labels and tags are attached
– The product shows no signs of wear
### 7.2 Exceptions (non-returnable items)
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Items damaged by improper use
– Items returned after 14 days
### 7.3 Return Process

3. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer (unless the item is defective)
### 7.4 Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
– Notify us within 7 days of receipt
– We will arrange return shipping at our expense
– We will either replace the item or issue a full refund
### 7.5 Refunds
– Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned goods
– Refunds are made using the original payment method
## 8. Warranty
– All products carry a **6-month warranty** against manufacturing defects
– The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
## 9. Liability
### 9.1 Seller’s Liability
The Seller is liable for:
– Non-conformity of Goods with the order
– Defects existing at the time of delivery
### 9.2 Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for:
– Delays caused by third parties (delivery services, etc.)
– Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, etc.)
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Globebaggers and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
## 11. Dispute Resolution

This Public Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
### 11.2 Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations
– If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in the competent courts of Ukraine
– Consumer protection laws apply to individual consumers
